I learnt about the Dart Procedures in 1970 in the middle of my training to become a teacher of the F.M. Alexander Technique when I trained with Walter & Dilys Carrington from 1969-71.
Walter showed us how the procedures can help to extend and amplify the processes employed in the Alexander Technique.
After qualifying I met regularly with Don and Carmen Burton and Jean Clark to deepen our knowledge of the procedures.
For many years I have been invited around the world to give workshops and presentations of the Dart Procedures.
In 2018 Mouritz press published my book "The Evolution of Movement" which describes the basic procedures and how they relate to the Alexander Trechnique.
This Zoom session was my first attempt to teach the Procedures online and 23 people were in the class from as far afield as Japan, Australia, the UK, Austria and Denmark.
From demand, especially in Korea, I have created a certification course to be able to teach the Dart Procedures, which has 3 levels of development.
Inquiries about this course are welcome.
